Larry's Pools and Spas

We bought a hot tub from Larry’s and it’s one of my favorite things!! We have had minimal problems with it but when we have, they have always been so good to fix things or replace parts we have needed. They are very fair and trustworthy. They are always so friendly and helpful in the office and the service team is amazing!!! Thank you so much!!! 🤗

We had Larry's install our pool last year and are very happy with it. When we researched pool installers everyone we talked to recommended them. There was a bit of a wait because they only do 50 pools a year but it was well worth it!

This is the second pool we have had Larry’s built for us. The reason we used them the second time around was because of the awesome product and price we received with our first pool. The second time around seemed even better! Very knowledgeable, fantastic product, and reasonable price. I would highly recommend BRUCE and Kyle and their organization.

We recently decided that after waiting for a few years that it was time to purchase a new spa/hot tub. We visited Larry's Pool & Spa on Midland Dr. in Ogden Ut. and they showed us different options and answered all of our questions. The price was very reasonable, and install was quick once we got our cement in and cured. The staff was absolutely great from the ladies in the office to the install crew with an extra shoutout to Allen who made sure that we were taken care of and made a few visits to our property both before and after install to make sure we were satisfied. the reason for a 2 star is the lack of communication. I have been having issues with my sand filter (I have to backwash it every 2 days as the pressure skyrockets) and I have called Larry’s pool 5 times. I have left 4 messages (no call back from any of the messages) and one time got thru to a person. The person who answered the phone could not help me and promised that I would get a call back Wednesday, it’s Friday and I have yet to receive a call back. Also when they have come to my house to work on my pool at other times, there was no notification that they were coming. I have since contacted other pool servicing companies and they have been communicating with me regularly. so it’s not just the pool industry that doesn’t communicate. I plan to use the other companies from now on.
