Larsen Heating and Air Conditioning

After trying to have an AC leak diagnosed by another company, and being quoted $1,500, I called Larsen for a free second opinion. I'm glad that I did. The tech from the first company did not even remove the panel to try and find the leak, saying it "couldn't be done." Kaden from Larsen showed up and popped the panel off an found the leak in minutes. He found some other issues with the setup of my AC which he completely fixed. All in all, the problem was fixed in a few hours for about $340 bucks. I can't recommend Larsen Heating & Air enough!

Consumer beware… this company serviced our furnace in the attic and right after they left the furnace condensation pipe started leaking condensation into our walls. We wrote an email and sent a certified letter asking for reimbursement on the water damage to our new home, but they took no responsibility via email and the certified letter was returned. Despite being the last ones to touch the pipe before it came apart and leaked water into our walls, Bret Larsen (owner) sent an email to us telling us it was the home builders fault for installing the furnace incorrectly five years earlier. This was Bret Larsens companies 3rd to 4th time servicing this unit and never once in a previous visit were we told something was wrong with how our furnace was installed. They installed a new furnace and I don’t have any issues with that. I ordered air filters from them and the ones they sent don’t fit. I’ve called 20x, submitted their contact forms online, and have never been able to talk to anyone and no one has responded to me. So that’s neat.

I highly recommend Larsen Heating and Air. James is a great technician and very professional. He came out on a Sunday afternoon to fix my bad AC. They ended up having to replace the unit. They were able schedule the installation of the new unit quickly. The installation team (the Ryan's) were awesome to come work in 100 degree heat. They got the job done fast. My AC is working great. We called several places on a Sunday morning looking for someone to fix our furnace. Larsen's Heating and Air Conditioning called me within 15 minutes. While on the phone with Brett he explained what he thought the problem might be and told me he could be there within the the hour. He was right on time and quickly went to work to find the problem. He performed several tests on the the old furnace checked it top to bottom. He located the problem and repaired quickly. When he was done and the furnace was working he once again checked it to make sure everything was right and working proper. While he was there I couldn't help but notice how careful and clean he was while in the home.
