We ordered hard-to-find narrow, 6-inch-wide vinyl shutters for our little mobile home in the woods. It's hard to make these trailers look cute and these really helped us get started. I couldn't believe all the colors to choose from (ours are Hunter Green) plus you can order an exact height. They came quickly and are very light and hollow, which makes them easy to hang. They even included painted screws to match. Those were too long for our needs, but we will take one to get a paint match to paint the screws we used. I was so impressed by the affordability, speed and customization options. They really got our project going, and I would highly recommend!

I ordered a custom set of raised panel vinyl shutters for my home. The quality of the shutters is very good and the customer service team is very quick to reply and solve issues. One of the shutters had a minor blemish and when I submitted a picture to the customer service the damaged shutter was replaced at no charge within days. Note: the vinyl shutters I ordered were not paintable. Highly recommend this company for good pricing and fast delivery.

I am a contractor and have spent thousands with this company. There customer service is terrible. They always respond by saying they didn't build the shutter and there is nothing they can do about it. They sell them they should warranty them. These shutters didn't last 2 years and were custom painted by the manufacturer. They blame it on shutters by design. There are other companies that will help you out on warranty. I would stay away from Larson

Beautiful shutters and great service! I’ve purchased shutters twice from Larson over a dozen years. The older ones still look good as new. I messed up the order for the newer ones and Larson worked with me and the manufacturer to help fix things. They really went above and beyond. Great communication and service! I highly recommend them!

I ordered two sets of Larson shutters. They were recommended by a friend who is very knowledgeable regarding building construction and home work. I got the shutters well before the promised delivery date. They are absolutely perfect. Currently I'm in the process of painting them. Painting is very tedious work.
