Las Olas City Centre Garage

Expensive ($14 for 4 hrs). Confusing. Prices and hours were not listed anywhere. Went to retrieve my car at 9:15 PM Saturday only to find the car exit/entrance security gates locked down and the stairway doors locked. Could not figure out how to get in. Finally asked a random valet parking guy and he directed myself and another frustrated person to the Bank of America lobby. The lobby security guard let us go to the elevators. Note that the first floor spaces are for handicapped, reserved and short-term 2-hour parking. Keep driving to find longer term parking. Garage was clean and safe. Located a short walk to Las Olas Boulevard. No kiosks, you pay from your car at the exit gate.

Parked here so my wife and I could eat at Flemings Steakhouse for our three-year wedding anniversary. The sign read $6 for the first hour and $2 for the second hour. I went over by 20 minutes, so my car was parked for two hours and 20 minutes. Therefore I had to pay $20. What a scam of a City Centre Garage.

Machine doesn’t work and nobody will answer if you call the “emergency” line. How I got out, the gate seemingly randomly opened up. Idk if the guy behind me was able to get ahold of them or what but I did make it out.

Saturday night, 9:45 PM parking was closed and there was no way to get in. We asked for help in the restaurant near by and he explained to us that you have to go thru the bank to get in, then the security guard helped us to the elevator. Expensive parking. Don’t park here! Every other place was open at this time of the night Ah.. and we called thru the help button and they answered, we asked about our problem getting inside and they hanged up on us immediately several times

You're better off taking a parking ticket on the street then to pay to belong to this parking garage... The absolute worst,, a joke.
