This company is amazing with the installation. We worked with Or and he was very honest and kind when selecting the vinyl. He was great in explaining what vinyl was best suited for our home and what makes it good quality. He was also very considerate to check up on us during the installation process. The installation team was also great. They did not rush and actually took their time to be detailed with everything. They made sure our installation was perfect. Everyone was amazing and nice. I recently had a friend ask where we'd purchased our carpet and immediately referred them to Eco-Pro. We originally purchased our non-toxic carpet from them several years ago and had a great experience. Fairly recently, we had a water leak and had to replace the carpet in one room. They not only remembered who we were but were able to get the same carpet and install it quickly. Can't recommend them highly enough! Definitely a 10-star experience!

Hello all! After a bad experience with a different, separate flooring company, Dolores delivered as did eco planet! In moving on and re doing the flooring in my 3 bedrooms after my dad passed June 17 (I miss him so much), Dolores was immediately responsive to my request for an estimate and Immediately after the estimate and loving her sense of urgency and customer service I went with them. She was patient with me despite me changing my Mind from one choice to Another that was behind what I originally chose. I love my new flooring and thank you Eco planet!
