I have to echo the 5* sentiments about Jake. We had the same situation as another reviewer - our rear sliding door mechanism decided to stop working one random weekend. After driving to multiple places to try and find a replacement without any luck, we called Las Vegas Lock and Key. We described the situation and lock and sent pictures to Jake, who right away was able to tell us why we were having trouble finding the replacement. Within minutes he was able to find the make and model we needed and ordered the piece directly. He stayed in communication with us the entire time, keeping us updated on the delivery date. Last week (Saturday evening) the lock mechanism in my glass french door in my kitchen leading to the backyard seized up. I was unable to close and lock the door. I contacted a number of locksmiths who couldn't help because they didn't work with that style of lock or would refer me to door companies. I found Las Vegas Lock and Key and spoke to Jacob. I explained my issue and he asked me to provide pictures. Jacob explained that he would probably have to contact a supplier on Monday. Jacob texted me after hours and identified the exact lock that I had and provided an online company to order it from and I was able to order it and have it within a few days. Jake helped me on a Sunday morning. I locked myself out of our new rental house. Jake was very efficient in finding my house and he arrived in 15 minutes. He took good care of the situation and changed the door lock in less than 30 minutes. Very professional. Very competent. Reasonably priced. I recommend Jake. My Wireless garage door remote stopped working. I called Las Vegas Locksmith and Jack arrived in less than 30 minutes. I was in my house 10 minutes later. I had the same company (Jack again) rekey my locks when I bought my house. He is professional and reasonable. I will definitely use them anytime I have an issue.
