Laser Air Conditioning

The Laser service technician Danny was professional and thorough. With the temperatures falling below 32 for extended periods of time the heat pump was not keeping up with the thermostat setting at 74. Danny worked on the outside unit, the air handler and thermostat, making sure all functioned correctly. He is an excellent technician.

Robbie and Chris did an excellent job installing my air conditioner. They were there when they said they would be there and worked in a professional manner at all times. Very professional crew that went above and beyond. They had to remove some pavers from my existing patio to accommodate the concrete slab that the AC unit sits on. One of the crew members actually took the time to cut those pavers and fit them in perfectly. The job was seamless. Reasonable price and I highly recommend them.

I called for repair at 8 this morning and Drew arrived shortly after and had the air going in no time. He explained the problem in a way that I could understand, and what to watch for in the future.
