I asked for a quote and Lisa wasn't communicating clearly over email so I called to clear up confusion. Lisa said it would be 350 to provide the quote only. I mentioned that's a little high just for a quote and she offered to double check with the service manager. She then said of course and yelled "They're pissing me off already!!" and THEN put me on hold. Once she picked back up I apologized for pissing her off and she laughed and got even more of an attitude. She then hung up on me after I asked to speak with the manager. Overall very poor customer service.
The ladies in the office are all amazing! Very informative and accommodating! Quick and efficient work! Would highly recommend to my friends and family!
