Great family owned business. Had them convert my home from oil to natural gas. They were efficient, cost effective, and delivered excellent customer service. Also had them perform biannual service. They kept the units in fine condition and were always on time and kept the area clean. Would highly recommend their services.

From beginning to end first class operation. Installation went smooth the guys were gentlemen and install was perfect. He cleaned everything up before they left took all the old equipment and went over the operation of my new system which I am very very happy with. I highly recommend laser heating and air conditioning. I will be telling all my neighbors of my experience with laser . Thank you again. P.S. we can't get over how quiet our new system is. I should have posted this earlier... Laser has been my HVAC company for years, but mainly for little stuff. I bought my house in 2012 with an existing 12 year old system. Two summers ago, when we turned on the AC for the first time that year, we had issues. Mike sent out his guy and he told us the system was finally dying. He estimated 1-2 months at that time. I asked for a quote for a new system. Well, the AC lasted the whole summer because of the"fix" he did. We saved up over the winter and in early spring last year, I reached out to Laser. They scheduled the job quickly, and we were very impressed with the professionalism. The guys answered any questions along the way I had as well as giving us tips on keeping the system running like new. Needless to say we are overjoyed with the system

They have replaced and upgraded our hot water heater, furnace and a/c unit. Really fair price, very professional and courteous. Super nice people. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
