I cancelled Lasoroc International and John Goolcharan contract due to constant break of their delivery promises , slow progress and lack of communication. Whole experience felt like scam to me, I been warn about bad contractors but I had to live it to learn it, Here more detailed experience, I hired Lasoroc International and John Goolcharan to work on my property at 565 W french ave at March 10 2022, I paid hi, $4000 next week through Zelle as he requested as partial payment to $12000 job. Initially, he told me we would apply for permit in couple weeks. Through out March he told me he is checking on permit, end of march he said that he applied for permits but city asked for revision to be made and by mid April. April 13 and 20 in two occasions he guarantied that he would start working on
