Highly recommend this fence company! From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team was professional, punctual, and easy to communicate with. They did high-quality work, paid attention to detail, and left everything clean when the job was done. The fence looks amazing and was completed on time. I contacted Lasrasy Fence Inc. last year for an estimate. The estimate was performed promptly and ended up being $1000 - $1500 lower than the other 3 estimates that I received. I decided to delay installation at that time due to extenuating circumstances. Fast forward to April of this year. I decided to do the fence install as I’ve noticed more traffic through my yard. I contacted Lasrasy once again and was presently surprised at how understanding and accommodating they were given that this was the second time I called them for an estimate. The install was completed within a 2 weeks of approval by my HOA. The fence looks absolutely stunning …and the cost remained virtually unchanged from the estimate given a year ago! I hired Lasrasy Fence Inc. in August 2024 to install a $6,500 backyard fence. A few months later, I noticed the panels were shifting and creating visible gaps. I emailed the company on April 10, 2025, to request an inspection and determine if the issue was covered under the labor or manufacturer warranty. I received a prompt reply from their office saying the matter would be passed along to the owner — but no one followed up. I sent a second email on April 24 and have yet to receive any response. Very disappointing customer service and lack of accountability for a job of this cost and scope. Hired them to come put 2 gates at our home. When finished came out amazing very clean work and very organized. Not exaggerating the 2 gentleman that came to install the fence we’re very professional and polite would highly recommend them. Overall five stars for their service.
