Later Neighbor Moving

I recently used Later Neighbor Moving for a full service long distance move from Dallas to San Diego and I can't say enough good things. I'll be honest — I was hesitant at first because I used a large van line for a previous interstate move and it was a nightmare. My belongings arrived three weeks late and some items never showed up at all. That experience made me really cautious this time around. From the moment I reached out to Later Neighbor I felt taken care of. The crew came in and handled the entire packing process — every room, every item, wrapped and packed with real care and attention to detail. I didn't have to lift a finger. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! I have read the revies and do not believe them at all. I had Justin and Chad. First thing that went wrong is they had no idea of the addresses that I was moving to, even though I sent two text messages with the information. When I called to complain the snotty man on the phone goes "Oh this is the move that decided to go to two different address" I would attach screenshots of that, however it shows my information. The next thing is that I was in my apartment and noticed the two men had disappeared. I walk out to the truck to see if everything was good. I found them with the gate to the truck half closed and both playing on their phones. I asked what was up and the response "Oh it started raining and we didn't want to get wet, so we are waiting." I

Later Neighbor couldn’t have done a better job for our move from Dallas to Austin. The entire team was extremely professional, timely and careful with all of our valuables and furniture. The office was communicative ahead of the move day as we were planning and pricing was reasonable. They really differentiated themselves with their friendliness and positive attitude! There is a lot of inherent friction in a move, but they made the process as seamless as possible and alleviated a lot of stress for our family. Best moving experience we have ever had by far! Thank you Later Neighbor Moving!! Justin and Tyler are the most careful, efficient and professional movers I’ve ever had - hands down. This was the best move I’ve ever had. Book them today. I read the reviews and chose based on their track record. I didn’t need to call around pricing companies trying to get the lowest price. My priority was for my things to arrive safely and un-damaged without a bunch of ridiculous, unnecessary headaches. Highly recommend.

I’m so impressed with Later Neighbor. I moved away for my job and no longer had family in the area, so this is my first time hiring a moving company. I was realllyyyy worried about how I would be able to handle everything alone. The guys at Later Neighbor were able to help me pack all of my things into boxes and carefully moved my furniture - even in the rain!!! They also disassembled my bed for me and dismounted my tv! I’m grateful I found them and will definitely be using them again.
