Description of Complaint: We contracted Clearwater to install a Fiberglass Laham pool at our Home in April 2020 and signed an agreement outlining the initial deposit which was made, and a second payment upon placing the Latham Fiberglass Pool in the Ground with the finish date in summer 2020. While installing the pool the shell got damaged but they promised us it would be fixed next day and we paid them the second installment. Clearwater has been sending Latham out for 2 years now to fix the finish on the cracked shell and it has still not been done properly, in fact it looks worse now than when the job was started. The job and installation has never been finished and they stopped responding to our calls. We talked to multiple people at Latham in WV but they since stoped responding or answ

Have to be the dumbest oversize load drivers on the road. Absolutely no reason to be in the left lane on route 81 holding up traffic and trying to speed past semis with an oversize load.

Read the fine print and run!!!! I have a vinyl liner in my backyard that isn't what I ordered and due to the nature of their business and so called warranty.... colors and variations on vinyl liners can change in production and you get what ever prints!!!! I mean read their warranty information it's on the website!!!! It tells you everything they don't cover and the ONE thing they should cover!!!! I called customer service and they wouldn't even send a representative to even look at it!!! If it wasn't damaged, you had no recourse whatsoever!!!!!! When my contractor started installing the new liner I just happen to come outside and I said oh no....that's not my liner!!!! That's how bad it was!!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it!!! Latham has been extremely difficult to deal with and completely dismissive of my builder. They provided a pool that did not meet specifications and were entirely unhelpful in attempting to resolve the issue. This company has no interest in customer service and will give you the runaround. Buyer beware.
