I can’t say enough good about this company and their customer service team. I had a minor issue with my pool that required a minor fiberglass repair under warranty. Sarah & Carlee we’re my initial contacts and they worked with me throughout the entire process. At the time I contacted them they were very backed up due to the freeze of ‘21. They were great about providing status updates and a timeline for my repair. The manager in the service department, Luke was also very helpful. He explained how the repair would be executed and handed me off to Nicole. Nicole took over once I was on the schedule and was great! She was able to schedule the technician, who did a fantastic job repairing my pool! Thank you Latham team!

Buyer Beware. Leaking Latham doesn’t back the products they sell. I got a defective sewed liner that cause a bunch of financial burdens and they just told me to go away. By the way it was BRAND NEW 🤢🤮

Great business to work with.

This company must have the worst customer service in the business. They tell you a delivery date and don’t deliver. I’ve been waiting almost 2 months now and still no pool.
