They got us loaded pretty quickly and made sure it would ride smooth down the road.
I'm very disappointed in this company. I purchased a fiberglass pool from one of they're distributors and hired sub contractors to install the pool through that distributor. We had an awful time. The day before they poured concrete I had to halt everything. There was a 2 inch bow in the side of my pool where they packed gravel in before adding water. After I halted the construction I reached out to Latham to ask for details on the installation to see what had gone wrong. They DID NOT help at ALL. As a business owner myself and a distributor with several companies I hope that my manufacturers are more committed to the end-user than to me as a distributor. Very very disappointing.
Very polite and professional when loading. Staff always have a smile and are ready to make sure us drivers our safely loaded and secured.
