I am writing to address an unfortunate encounter I had this morning near the entrance of your location on 51st Street in Broken Arrow, where I experienced a tire blowout. While waiting for roadside assistance—less than an hour, and parked as far off to the side as possible—I was approached by one of your employees, whose demeanor was uncalled for and rude. He insisted I was blocking the entrance, despite ample space being available. When I attempted to explain my situation, he dismissed my concerns with a patronizing “lose the attitude” and informed me that I was on private property. His lack of empathy in a moment of genuine need exacerbated an already stressful situation. Instead of offering assistance or even basic kindness, he chose to compound the problem.
