Latta Well & Pump

We had a pretty urgent situation with our well line leaking and flooding our yard...on a Friday afternoon of course! The staff were professional and courteous. They took charge and even started work sooner than originally planned. They were knowledgeable. Through a misunderstanding (as I know nothing about this stuff) we asked like 100 Q's and they were really nice. I admit, we had no idea what the bill would be until it came (we were sweating bullets-- but c'mon it's well work and it ain't going to be cheap). We felt the price fit the scope of the work-- aka no sticker shock. I am just really pleased. In this day it seems hard to even get people/ companies out to get a bid, let alone do the work AND give good customer service! Thanks Lotta Well & Pump!

Called about well in the morning, technicians arrived at 2:30 that afternoon. Found several issues from improper work that was done just 5 years ago by another company. Melissa and Gavin were courteous, professional and wanted to make everything right. Won't be calling anyone else when I need well service again but Latta. Best customer service that we have had in years. Thanks Latta for being there when we needed you.

In December, we had a well put in. This was an “emergency” situation because our well failed. Latta Well got us a bid and looked at the existing well the day we called them! We requested a certain depth based on our neighbors wells. This company was easy to use, easy to talk to, and straightforward on cost. I talked directly with Kurt a couple times. He and the company handled the entire process from start to finish without any issues. In May, we called them back to put in a couple outdoor water spigots. They were great with communicating the start time and progress. Tyler and his crew did a great job. I will recommend this company to anyone who asks. It’s wonderful to have them in the QCA.

Latta was absolutely amazing called the day before Christmas Eve around 1:30 called me back in 1/2 was to my house within a hour and got it back up and running in 2 hours. we have a boiler system to heat our house so water is crucial. Thanks to Mel and the guy that was with her as well!!
