Update: Thankfully we were able to get refunded on our deposit, and have since decided against installing a pool. *** We signed a contract in October for a March installation. The installation was supposedly delayed due to permit issues. When we inquired again, it was delayed due to a bond issue as the owner had died in November. They should have been forthcoming as to the death and possible issues. Moreover, they should have offered a refund. They've been unresponsive in the last few weeks. Very disappointed with the service or lack there of.
These guys build beautiful pools and they do it quick. Jeff and his crew are very skilled and knowledgeable. They do very clean installs and they are all very professional.
