Laureat Parking Garage

If I could leave a negative star review, I would! I have never wished that I had read the reviews before letting my teenage daughter park there and get scammed by this company. After paying $36 to park, she was ticketed and fined $55 , just like the other people leaving reviews. Appeal was denied regardless of there only being guest parking and no clear retail parking or cafe parking. It is clear that Ft.Lauderdale is no longer local friendly, these prices are insane!

Do not park here unless you want a ticket. I paid $24 to park for 3 hours and they still gave me a $55 ticket. I appealed and they claimed I was parked in a resident guest spot and not a retail guest spot. The signs do not say resident nor do they say retail. The signs say guest parking. How are we supposed to know if Laureat at the top of the sign is the name of the residential condo/apartment or if it's the name of the retail center? They are intentionally misleading.

DO NOT PARK HERE....THIS PARKING COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! They will find every reason to ticket you with a $55 ticket, you can appeal but they will never respond. You call the office and they have the worst Customer Service, they tell you they will call you back and they never do. They will send you to collections and then you have to pay $90 when all you wanted was to have a nice Brunch and pay $24 for 3hrs.

Beware! My vehicle was broken into and some pos rummaged through glovebox and center console. A friend's vehicle had the side window broken in the garage as well. Security was no help. Said there are no cameras when asking them for help or camera footage. I clearly see some cameras in the garage on the ceiling!
