Lauren Concrete, Inc.

While driving down Lovers Lane, I was behind truck 305. He drove the speed limit and followed all safety signs. Once we followed behind him for a bit, he noticed there were a couple of cars behind him. He cautiously pulled over to the side of the road and allowed us all to pass him. As we passed he waved and smiled. It is clear that he is aware of his surroundings and cares about the people around him. Overall, my experience with Lauren Concrete has been very positive. All of the drivers in our neighborhood have been very courteous. The drivers really represent the company well!

Their driver had parked to dump the load of cement and our crew was ready. Just before unloading, their driver decided to move his truck load full of cement near a creek in order to dump from a different angle without inspecting the ground first. He then got stuck. As a result, we never recieved our load of cement because of a decision their driver made. Instead of apologizing for their mistake and the money I had to pay our crew for a wasted day, they still want to charge for a full load of cement that was never poured.
