Woke up on Monday with no heat. We called Laury Heating Cooling & Plumbing and they quickly sent someone out diagnose the issue. He was very thorough and efficient and professional and explained everything to where me and my dad understood the issue. Then we spoke with Sean who was super helpful and got us the best price on a new furnace and air conditioner system. The equipment we had was almost 20 years old. The next morning the crew came out to the house, very polite and professional and got to work immediately and explained/ answered any questions me or my dad had. The crew finished up and we had heat again. Best decision ever. Will choose Laury heating, cooling and plumbing again.

I really appreciate all the work Mo did trying to clean out my mainline. Even though he couldn’t fix the issue he tried all options before realizing it was out of his control. He even ensured to detail what the issue was on my receipt and included pictures which I am so thankful for because I forgot to take them. Mo went above and beyond the man deserves a raise for everything he went through today!!!! The team of 3 worked long, hard and tirelessly to install a new furnace and heat pump. They were respectful, mindful of cleanliness, and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Great work!! Martin returned after 4 days bc our house wasn’t heating up to the temperature we set. He worked (in and out of the rain) checking and rechecking the heat pump and furnace after every change to the thermostat. He left feeling reasonably sure he had corrected things, but advised me to call with any problems. He is very competent.

We recently had a new Lochinvar combi boiler installed by Laury Heating, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Justin F. first came out for the initial repair call. He took the time to carefully assess the issue, clearly explain what was going on, and walk us through our options. He was professional, honest, and made sure we understood the situation before moving forward. Warren R. then came out for the replacement diagnosis. He thoroughly reviewed our system, explained why a full conversion made sense, and patiently answered all of our questions. He also helped us navigate financing options, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. We truly appreciated his transparency and guidance.
