Lavalette Carpet and Tile

Expressed interest in a quote for new carpet through the online portal. Received a phone call shortly after to schedule an appointment. Chris arrived promptly and brought samples with him. Chris worked with us diligently to find exactly what we were looking for. After deposit was made, installation happened two weeks later. Justin and Carlyle arrived and went straight to work. We couldn't be happier with the installation! Very nice guys. The new DreamWeaver carpet is a major upgrade from what we had! Thank you Lavalette Tile and Carpet for the seamless transaction! We had Lavalette Carpets d So we had our flooring today. We went from carpet that they installed years ago to vinyl hardwood. Chris was excellent to work with and Conner and team who was the installers did an excellent job. So friendly and efficient. Will definitely use them for future needs. You all know those small remodel projects we start which turn into major repairs, right? A small half-bath off the garage was one of them. I had originally planned to put flooring down myself. The reality is I sought out Chris at Lavalette Carpet and Tile to have the task done professionally by an installer. Key factor in choosing them is it is locally owned and operated ~ this is important when I need customer service which I simply have not found at big box stores. It was a small job for a pro, really. Eric (installer with experience of decades) got the material installed in a short time and it looked far better than anything I could do. Decent price was obtained for material as I was not picky about what was to be placed as long as it was the best for resisting water and pet stains. Rea

This company is A-1 in every aspect. This is the first time in our 40 years that we have been happy about every part from the quality of the products to the expert installation. We just had the floors in the living room, dining room and central hall re-floored by Lavalette Floor and Tile. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the outcome.
