More of the same here.... just Victor being amazing at his job. I had a different contractor do significant construction on my home me but he would NOT touch my bridge. I was desperate and am grateful I found Victor and LAVI LLC to handle the restoration of our aging 1950s bridge. Victor and LAVI LLC performed structural repairs on our residential bridge in Basking Ridge/Harding Township. Throughout the process, Victor and his team were professional and demonstrated technical expertise, and paid meticulous attention to detail. The project included a variety of complex tasks such as removing rust, reinforcing steel I-beams, installing new plates, and applying protective epoxy paint. Victor and LAVI LLC executed all aspects of the work efficiently, adhering to the engineer’s specifications

I gave Lavi LLC 5 star ratings and highly recommend Victor and his crew for any and all home remodeling. I had Victor rebuild my entire outdoor fireplace chimney brick by brick. He also put in a beautiful irregular bluestone front walkway and rebuilt my porch and columns with the same irregular bluestone. Victor kept me informed through every step of both projects. His work is meticulous and his crew pays attention to every detail. He was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Victor.

You cannot go wrong when Victor is handling your project. He and his crew have done multiple jobs for me over the years and all have been done extremely well. Recently he built a retaining wall around my pool and re-graded the backyard. Also, his crew is very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Lavi LLC!!! UPDATE!! Victor finished another job for me and it came out great!! He built another retaining wall for me and it’s beautiful. He also did drainage work and structural repair in my house. Everything looks great and I’ll definitely be calling him for our next project.

If you reading my review you probably read all previous ones. To avoid being repetitive – I agree 100% percent with praise lavished on Victor personally and his Lavi LLC Team. Projects were various – construction and repairing front porch/deck, fixing structural damages in the basement wall, complicated exterior painting of the architecturally unique house with a difficult to access high walls and spaces, diverting ground water with French drains, etc. but quality of the work and overall project management & delivery were uniformly exceptional. In particular I want to mention in particular these distinct qualities of Lavi LLC: - Depth and breadth of Victor’s engineering and construction knowledge - Victor’s timely follow ups and keeping me informed of the project status and progress. -
