Lawn Doctor has serviced my lawn for several years. My lawn always looks great and I feel I have one of the best looking lawns (if not the best) in my neighborhood. My next door neighbor frequently asks how I do it and I say I stay out of the way! The operators do a wonderful job!

Had super seeding done last year, NO communication they were coming and they came days before I left the country for two plus weeks so there was no one to water the grass. We also had started the long period of no rain. The grass didnt grow even after it being watered when I came home. I stated this when I paid the bill in December and was told it would be looked at/taken care of in the spring. It's now July and I just spoke with Harold who was going to give me a discounted rate on super seeding again. I paid for it once, my yard looks the same it did last year before the seeding. I was told that his guys did the work and the labor so he couldn't give me the service again for free. They dont stand by their guarantee and Harold was very condescending. Even t

Great Lawn service!! Have been a customer for over 25 years and the lawn always looks great. Reasonably priced and they stand behind there service!! All technicians are very professional and pleasant to deal with. Great family business!!

This specific Lawn Doctor is horrible! I was a first time customer and paid for 4 months of lawn treatments. I only got serviced after I called and complained. I never heard from them again. I called on 8/1 to say please cancel my services and send me my refund check. (How can a company only refund you via check but allows you to pay via credit card? Seems a little SHADY!) I followed up again on 8/25 and the check is still being processed allegedly. If you interact with "Harold Jr. Lawn Doctor Customer Service Specialist" just don't and call a different company.

I am beyond upset about my lawn. For those customers that got talked into a reseeding like us BEWARE!! I have used Lawn Doctor for seven years. Have been pleased and have recommended half a dozen neighbors BUT since Harold has taken over my lawn is a disgrace I believe he must be using low grade grass seed. I have nothing but weeds It went from a golf course to nothing but dead brown weed infested grass!!! I have called numerous times but nothing I finally wrote an email about the weeds n he had the audacity to send a tech to spray the weeds AND charge me 108.00 Listen a beautiful lawn is not a necessity but it is pride of ownership!!!
