Having been faced with an infestation of chinch bugs, Chad and his landscaping team worked to eradicate the infestation and replace the area with sod. We are extremely satisfied with their effort! Many shoutouts to Lawn Enforcement Agency, specifically JR, Geo, Travis and their entire support team. LEA replaced our previous lawn management and related contractor in my HOA in late May 2025, I believe. Prior to then, folks with large trees; lots of leaves; damaged sprinklers and other related lawn issues could only contact our Resident Services. With the exception of TC (not citing his complete name), not too many "services" folks responded.
