I have been a client of Lawn Masters for several years now since buying my home in 2019. I can't say enough about their expertise in maintaining my lawn. They call ahead of time to confirm the appointment and are always prompt. Robert is my technician and is always friendly and courteous. If there has ever been a problem with weeds or other issues in-between quarterly visits, I call and they come out at no charge and address the issue.

Paid for their service in advance for the entire year. Completed 2 treatments in April (Early Spring & Mole Cricket). After calling twice they showed back up in July and completed 2 more (Spring and Late Spring). Note that this was July. I was given the customary apology and we're shorthanded. I let it slide. Now mid-September and 1 week from the start of fall, and still waiting for the Summer and Late Summer treatments. My yard is a complete disaster as I now have sod web worms and what ever is left that the worms didn't kill, is thriving with weeds anyhow. Given my money back for the remaining treatments and the customary apology again and we're shorthanded. Thanks Lawn Disaster, I mean Master.

Do not use this company, absolute waste of money! Have been using the company for years and started with a nice yard filled with beautiful Sod. Over the years using their treatments my yard is now dead and looks like one of the worst in the neighborhood. When I called and asked why it looks so bad after they come out every 6-8 weeks the person on the phone said because I don’t call and tell them my lawn looks bad. The person actually just argued with me and told me this is my fault. I asked why they don’t address it while they are there every 6-8 weeks and they said it’s not their job. It’s the home owners job to inform the lawn masters that the lawn looks bad and request additional services. For the price you pay they do next to nothing except spray a small and very ineffective treatment

Upon moving into our home in Pace, we laid twelve pallets of St Augustine/ Centipede mix sod on the lawn and were very satisfied with the lawn’s condition at the time. About two and a half years later, Lawn Master was hired for weed and insect control and began servicing our lawn on 10 May 2023 (about 17,000 sq ft), including fertilizer, insecticide, and weed control. Lawn Master applied treatments at two-month intervals. Lawn Master did not advise they could only control a limited type of weeds and insects. In the Spring of 2024, excessive weed growth was noted, and Lawn Master made five treatments that failed to eliminate weeds but severely damaged the lawn. Would like to say been using them for over 6 years now. Service was good. Got sent a collection letter for 56 dollars. Not one call to let. Me know anything was going on cause I never saw them ever do the treatment since I work during the day.you are a local Company pick up the phone! Got them on the phone and the lady answering the phone call didn’t like when I brought this up and started having an attitude and hung up on me when I returned the same attitude. She didn’t like when I called back and cited the statutes on having to provide payment confirmation and forced her to give Me one. Used to recommend them that is now done. Will tell EVERYONE about this.
