Terrible experience with this company! My grass has looked awful over the last few years, and I have been a customer for over 13 years. My grass has looked worse each year for the previous three years, as my neighbor's grass has looked great. When I tried to cancel, I got the “we will do anything to keep your business” call center. I informed them that my grass had not grown and had major dead spots. They said they would have a manager look at my property immediately! Two weeks later, I called them and reminded them someone was supposed to go to my property. They said they had been busy and would get to it. They treated my lawn at the beginning of the year without my approval, and the call center said they’d credit my account for that application. Now, I just received a collection notice f

Scott did a good job of informing me about what he was here to do. I normally don’t get this application but I had him put it on anyway. He does a good job.

Lawn Medic team applied a treatment intended for my yard to my neighbors yard. The crazy thing is that I cancelled service a few months ago so I'm not sure why they are even trying to apply a service anyway - they don't know what in the world they are doing. They used to be a great provider but ever since Experigreen bought them, they don't seem to know what they are doing.

Great service and a wonderfully nice individual! Not to mention that our yard looks amazing!
