Lawn Pro's

The company never answers phone calls, voicemail is full, unresponsive to texts. Sam was supposed to cut our lawn anytime last week. Never came. Eventually when he did respond he said he would come Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. It's now Thursday and no one came. We have contacted him to follow up and still no response. Please stay away from this provider.

I would never in my life recommend this company to anyone. Hired this company to do the yard work every 2 weeks for two of our properties. Only to find out recently that the tenants have been mowing the yards this entire time. These people have been sending me invoices for work they never did for over 2 years, and I paid each one thinking that they were actually doing their jobs. Once I found out I called and emailed but no response. Politely requested that they issue a refund for services not rendered. Haven't heard a word back. Years, they billed me for work they did not do. This outfit is very sneaky. if you use them, you better be home to watch them work. Me personally, I can do business with crooks. DO NOT LET THE NICE WEBPAGE FOOL YOU!!

We hired LawnPros to finish what another landscape didn't do for us. Sam and his staff were incredibly pleasant to work with. They showed up on time and not only did what they were asked to complete but added their own personal touch and advice on a few of our projects. Our retaining wall looks great. Our new flower beds look great and the stonework edging looks awesome. We have a few more fall projects coming up and look forward to working with his staff. Customers for life!!

I've known of Lawn Pro's of Chattanooga for a while, but it wasn't until recently that I was able to reach out for their expertise. Sam and David along with another employee (didn't catch the name) helped me to seed, fertilize, and straw my yard after a major drainage job was completed. They were quick to come out, and you could tell when they left that they knew what they were doing.
