I signed up for the four application weed and feed in the beginning of Summer. I should have known there was a problem when they never came to do the first application. I had to call them back they apologized and said they were so busy. I gave their number to my neighbor who called the next day that I signed up. They told her they were not taking any more customers because they were so busy. First application was finally done. Second application was done didn't get notified they were coming and 3 days after the application my grass was burned. Terrible,Terrible, Terrible

Use Lawn Tech primarily for Fall Core Aeration. They always accommodate my schedule and Sam is Great at communicating with me. Their techs are always friendly and professional.

Lawn Tech ruined my yard and then still sent account to collections due to me not paying for their AWFUL service. My yard was perfect besides a few weeds before lawn tech got in and this is the aftermath. Luckily we found another company in the area that truly cares and takes care of your lawn. Lawn Tech should pay ME.

I have had a wonderful experience with a tech named Brian! He has come out to my home in Palos a few times already and seems like he genuinely cares for me and is relatable. I’m glad I chose this company and see my lawn being the envy of my block in the coming years!

Had this company for many years. Did a pretty decent job but poor communication skills in their office! Every year I asked to be automatically scheduled for spring and fall aeration. And every year I had to call and battle with them to get it done! Last fall they refused to come out for fall aeration because I missed deadline? (Really? I was trying to give them this business 2x yearly??) Left a message if they couldn't do aeration I'm done! 2 weeks later got my prepaid money back for final treatment. I guess they no longer had the need for a longtime customer? Lol. Overall would use again but didn't enjoy the needed calls to office! The Tech that applied treatment was a much better communicator.
