I had issues with weeds and dead spots before Lawn Gevity started servicing my lawn. It looks great now and they gave me some good advice on watering and how long I should cut my grass. It does get a little pricey but if you’re spending time and money on fertilizer you might as well have them do it and save yourself the work.

Proceed with caution with Lawngevity. They will automatically attempt to sign you up for service for life. If you have a signed contract or not. And, will attempt to convince you its there internal “policy” to keep the service going each season, with or without approval. Just because you paid the bill from the previous season. We will let the Utah Small Claims Court decide if that’s a valid business practice in Utah.

Lawngevity knows exactly what my grass needs and have counseled with me on how to mow, water, and maintain my lawn to optimize it's health. I have had incredible results as well as envious neighbors. Follow their reccomendations and you can't go wrong.

Lawngevity was amazing! For years we had incredible problems with dandelions and dead spots that required intense manual corrective care. Within the first year of using Lawngevity, we had only a handful of weeds and a more evenly nourished lawn. After the second year, all lawn care was a breeze — even with the intense Utah heat. I appreciated their techs respect of our property and timeliness and communication of services. We were just tenants of the rental property but really felt proud to take care of our lawn with Lawngevity!

We used Lawngevity for a couple of years with mostly great results, this year I treated everything myself due to the poor results at the end of last year from their treatments. I did however get busy a few weeks ago and gave them another shot, literally, within a week we were inundated with dandelions, my lawn has never looked so sickly in spots and never in the 40 years I’ve owned this house have I had so many dandelions. I actually had to replace a small section of sod that died within a few days of treatment, It’s almost like they fed the weeds and not the lawn, I will get it back to beatiful myself. Lesson learned. Maybe it depends on the employee or maybe they are too rushed, whatever the case, I take pride in my property and will only do what gets results.
