Burned yard and when complained they said "lack of watering affecting whole area should have watered more" neighbors that they did not fertilize/spray have perfect yards without watering. But don't worry "100% satisfied or we will re-perform your service" not refund or fix mistake... If want lawn burned again at least that's garunteed
