The app is just a platform for a lot of dudes grinding. I have t had a bad cut yet, and I’ve been using them for 18 months or so. And I haven’t had to pause my service WITH THE APP since last year, but it almost never works on the first go, and somebody shows up to cut your grass in October or November. Again, all these independent guys do great work, but the app sucks.

Lawn was cut quickly and looked really good everytime. Had one incident where our back glass door was shattered while mowing. The company came and immediately informed me of the issue and put me in contact with their business insurance who handled the matter swiftly to reimburse replacement of glass. Overall great company to work with and easy to adjust schedule for services online. Would use again if I get tired of cutting my own grass.
