My wife used lawn starter to help with lawn care while I've been busy with school. Their indifference about making sure contractors actually do what they say, has turned into a massive headache. We had someone come to take and bag leaves but they left them on the curb despite us providing clear instructions that they needed to be bagged. The leaves have been on our curb for 3 weeks while lawn starter is supposedly dealing with it. Meanwhile, the contractor has reached out to us to ask for more money, complain about our request to bag the leaves, and ultimately to tell us that he wasn't going to finish the job. Even if lawn starter gets someone else to finish the job we paid them for, it hasn't been worth the hassle.

Absolutely love the work he does! Our yard looks amazing and he takes care of all the little details. Anything in our yard that has to be moved for him to mow he always puts right back. Everything is always up to standard for us we always appreciate the work being done
