Very fast and helpful, provided a diagnostic visit, ordered a part, and came back the next day to fix our washer. Very reasonable cost and worth it. In years past he has fixed our stove and dryer also.

My husband hired Chris because our not quite 2 year old fridge had stopped making ice. He shut the power off to it for 25 minutes, cleaned a coil, and turned it back on. That triggered the water to flow into the ice tray, he charged a service charge, told us it was fixed and asked us to call or text if there were any problems. That tray of ice was released but the machine was not triggered to make any more after that. My husband called and texted several times over the next 2 weeks with no response. He completely ghosted us and we had to have a second person come fix the problem.
