LAZ Parking - 100 Cambridgeside

I bought tickets for a show at TD Garden on StubHub for a Dua Lipa show that opened at 6:30pm and they offered an upgrade for parking to make it easier so I bought the parking access through StubHub to go watch a show at TD Garden and on the day of the show I realized it was 35 minutes walk away from the TD garden and when I called them to cancel, they said I couldn’t cancel anymore even though I had an option to cancel right before I called so the operator clearly changed the option to do not cancel making it look like it was scammy on purpose and they were aware of it. When arriving at the parking lot, the QR to be scanned, made us back out of the entrance because it only allows us in at 6:30 PM and we arrive 20 minutes before making it for an extremely scam and uncomfortable experience

Parking was good. I went with a high van and their clearance was perfect for us. Very roomie to drive and walk inside the parking lot. I think the price is fair because of the location, and compared to NYC, this price was good.
