LAZ Parking - 100 East Pratt Garage

Absurdly priced. Rates were only posted at exit and are unreasonably high. There’s no weekend rate, so they charge business hour prices even when the garage is empty. I called the owner’s number per the request posted in their reply below, only to be told that this is how it is and they will not be making their prices more reasonable. Then why even ask me to call you? Now you’ve not only wasted my money but also my time. Again, absurd.

The parking garage wasn’t there! The garage at 131 Light belonged to another address. Sounds strange, but it had the neighboring business address very large.

The 100 E Pratt Street Garage is located centrally on The Charm’tastic Mile and entrance to the Inner Harbor. This is oboe on the best parking garages downtown and gives you access to many of the main attractions.

Seems like a lot of the garages near the arena get mixed review. We paid ahead of time and had no trouble getting in and out for the concert. It’s just far enough away that traffic is good after the show. I’d park here again.

Added this parking option on when I bought my Ateez concert tickets. Price was $40, and we could park from 5:30pm-12:30am. The garage was fine. It was easy enough to get to, was a short walk from the venue, and we didn’t have any problems getting in and out. The price just seemed a little high.
