LAZ Parking - 100 Luckie Street

Good location but poor spacing. Not enough space even for a small car. They oversell parking and then you are trapped desperately trying to leave and park anywhere at this point because you are late for your event. We got trapped a couple of times and it’s not an accident or a bad day, it’s a sad pattern. As a suggestion: renovate and space out parking lots.

Garage was tight to maneuver but I was able to find a spot with no cars currently on left or right of me. Lucky I guess. Several spots have pillars that use up a portion of parking space so not many cars using those spots. I have a jeep grand cherokee L so it's possible to park but would be more difficult if garage had less parking available. Elevator working when we got there but morning we left elevator had a gate in front of it so had to walk everything up to third level and nothing was posted on third floor elevator to let people know elevator not working. No parking attendant around so I'm glad there were no issues. Garage next to our hotel so it worked out.

DO NOT USE. REALLY BAD people. Total charged $60 for ten hour parking. No receipt. Arrived 9:23 pm on 7/31/24. Departed 7:20 am on 8/1/24. Possible maximum of $32 by their fine print. Posted rates state $16 ALL DAY, with fine print that rates "repeat" at 5am. The sign is posted inside the garage, not outside. Four voice recorded calls to "support" posted phone number. All referred us to onsite "manager". The "manager" (6'0", 175 lbs Caucasian, smoker, eye glasses, tattoos on arm) refused to answer questions, threatened us and did not give a printed receipt. Why isn't Atlanta's finest - the City, the Tourism Dept, BBB, police department not prosecuting the management of LAZ parking?

Completely unorganized—tickets thrown on a table, no line, no process. The attendant refused to give me my keys even after paying $40. Families with kids were stuck waiting, some children crying just wanting to go home. Total waste of money. Avoid this parking service.

We here Celebrating my Birthday park in this public parking my daughter paid to park. We come back to two boot on our car. The guy in picture was walking around booting everyone car charging people $75. They are scamming out of towners. Their signs are misleading it says nothing about Saturday and Sunday. The $7 pull up on the app. OUT OF TOWNERS BEWARE!!!!! WE HAVE TO STOP SPENDING MONEY IN THIS CITY ATLANTA 😒 WHEN THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS . WE CAME BACK TO TAKE PICTURES. THE GUY IS OUT ON A SUNDAY MORNING TRYING TO BOOT PEOPLE CARS . SMH 😳 😳 😳
