LAZ Parking - 1144 15th Street Garage

Great parking. Parked at about 6:47pm on a Friday and left at about 10pm and paid $8. Yes, they do close the doors outside early off of Lawrence and you have to go in through the enterance off of 15th St (security guard lets you in). (In my opinion its more secure this way). Took the elevator and went around to the C level to get to my car. Once you know the ins and the outs, its not bad.

The parking garage is nice and has plenty of space. However you can’t get into the building to get to your car after a certain time. I parked here for two days from 8am to 6pm and both days the doors to the building were locked. I didn’t see a sign that explains how to get into the building. It was late and dark and I was alone downtown. Thankfully I saw someone else walk up and push the call button. A few minutes later someone who must have worked in the building came and opened the door. I was then able to get to my car. Second night same thing, I had to push the call button and wait alone outside for someone to come open the door several minutes later. Wouldn’t recommend parking here if you’re staying past 5 or 6 as they lock the doors. It’s a large public parking garage attached to the

This is my go-to parking on the weekend when I go to the DCPA. It’s a quick walk and easy to get out. It’s also much cheaper than the DCPA lot. Things to know about this garage: - Enter on Lawrence - Exits on Arapahoe - It’s a secure garage. Security is 24/7 and they have to let you in to get back to your car.

Easy to access and figure out
