LAZ Parking - 2160 Arapahoe

Do not park here unless you want a frustrating experience. Even if you pay for the day pass, you can still receive a ticket. The parking lot is difficult to access, and following Google Maps can be confusing. I would not recommend parking here.

Despite paying here for a couple hours I was very surprised to receive a notice for $92 when my debit card reflects that ＄10.20 was indeed charged on my card. I have tried to escalate and counter the claim through email and over the phone since September and October. Now instead of acknowledging my credit card transaction they need a receipt. I have made multiple attempts to reach their Midwest branch as well as the main 800 number. This is ridiculous. There should be surveillance showing that I went to the kiosk and paid on 9/18/24. If no one is answering their phones then I guess I can be heard here. Will someone please give re print of my receipt? Paper trail chase, here we go.

Johnny's parking is participating in a scam through Parking Revenue Recovery Services. 241 BBB complaints this year alone in Denver. Parking there paid $7.00 for 2 hours. Got an "ticket" today in the mail with a $70.00 fine. Having our attorney send a Demand Letter and contacting someone at Denver City all. They've (PRRS) does this in several other cities.

We've been parking here for Rockies games for more than 10 years now...but I think we're done. The last 2 times I've parked there, my car has been hit and run. Unfortunately, their cameras are old and are practically worthless. They either need to have an attendant monitoring the lot like they used to, or they need to reconfigure so people can actually get in and out of the lot without hitting other cars. Surely people haven't turned into terrible drivers with no decency overnight.

Paid for parking twice in the same day. They still had the audacity to ticket me. Won't ever park here again or at any parking lot monitored by Parking Revenue Recovery, Inc.
