It is not good business to charge customers an additional $6 at exit because we sat in traffic in your parking lot for 22 minutes (passed the 15 minute payment period). Will park elsewhere next time for better rates and easier exit.
All first floor parking spaces are reserved, so even if it's empty you have to park in the upper levels. Not really a safe place to park as there's a lot of homeless people right across from the entrance and not a single staff personnel guarding the place.
