LAZ Parking - 2nd Street Garage

If you enjoy paying for parking WITH VERIFICATION and receiving a letter from an ATTORNEY for non-payment a month later this is the perfect place to park. I recommended this garage to multiple colleagues and friends as convenient parking close to my graduation celebration venue. NEVER AGAIN. If I could rate negative stars I would because I am not the only person from my party who has paid, has a verification of payment, and received a letter of non-payment. Whoever the ownership and management has been since December 2025 needs to be investigated for mishandling payment and mismanagement.

No obvious attendant. Apparently online payment only. Got questions from two people on how to pay. Whoever is responsible for managing needs to get it together. Oh, and be ready for spam texts

Easy in and out, close to nightlife, clean and easy payment through the app. It's about as good as parking gets. The only negative is the false price. It has a payment fee on top of the price that jacks it up 21% higher than the listed price.

DO NOT PARK HERE!! We got scammed. People have access to lift the gate and charge for parking. Then the building owner sends you a bill for $87 for a $10 spot. There is no number to contact the owner, it's not a working number, GO FIGURE!!! What a scam and cheat. This is my experience. And the 3rd party bill collector will not provide any details either, they fall back on we just dont know and cant give out that information. Way to HIDE!!!

I would avoid this garage. While parked there my car along with several other cars along the row were vandalized. Someone keyed numerous cars by carving big lines and circles into the trunks and hoods. Significant damage to the point where numerous vehicles would need to be repainted to be repaired. My biggest frustration is when I contacted the garage's management to inform them they didn't even bother to return my call. There appeared to be no security cameras or security personnel present and with the lack of a return call by management I can only assume they have no interest in providing a safe environment for you to leave your vehicle. There are several other garages in the area so I would choose a different one.
