LAZ Parking - 360 State Street

the entrance gate didn’t print out a ticket. Got stuck at the exit gate. Called help to only get hung up on. Had to pay the lost ticket fee to get out since we were blocking a long line of cars. I will never recommend this place or go back.

Locked out at 11PM on a Tuesday, no recourse, numbers don’t work. Never got a parking stub.

Unreliable parking. They randomly close the garage some nights blocking access if you don’t have a monthly card regardless of whether you’re a guest of someone who lives in the attached apartment building. Support staff very rude telling me to look somewhere else to park. On days the garage is open, they gouge you for $20/day (price increases every year it seems). Honestly would rather just eat a parking ticket from an expired meter on the street so money goes to the city instead of this spineless company

The architect who designed this garage should be sentenced to parking in it for eternity. It is possible for a driver to be forced to exit without finding a space, but will have to pay. There is no attendant booth, so a guy has to stand around and wait during busy times to help if something goes wrong. During several weeks of the year, the sun shines at the perfect angle to blind drivers going up the very very long and straight entrance ramp. Spaces are not evenly wide, and many are a few inches too narrow, which forces low confidence drivers to take up two spaces. And forget what the entrance sign says for available spaces, it only contains lies. How can there be negative parking spaces?

The entrance ramp is a lot of fun to go up. Many spaces are generally available for residents. Some spaces seem too narrow, or maybe people just don't know how to park their large vehicles. The open space counter at the entrance is always incorrect.
