LAZ Parking - 404 Washington Avenue

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! I parked here with my boyfriend on January 10th, 2026. At the entrance, the machine said to insert a credit card to use as a ticket. When we wanted to exit (less than 5 hours parked), the machine WOULD NOT READ THE CREDIT CARD we tried multiple times and it was saying the card was invalid. We attempted to call support like 5 times, and every time it seemed like the person could not hear us. I doubt the machines even have a microphone, or support was just ignoring us so they didn’t have to assist. They have a QR code where you can pay, but it requires you to scan a ticket, which we never received in the first place. At the end, we had to pay a $60 lost ticket fee just to exit, and even that took multiple attempts for it to read the credit card (a different credit card

Charged $20 for 5 hours, then it was $33 for 2 hours. I think it charges different on different days and time. Not really worth it! Try to look for street parking, much cheaper!

DO NOT PARK HERE!! Signs say “public” parking. But it’s a private lot overcharging visitors (price gouging). I went over by 46 minutes and was charged another 5 hours for a total of $40!! Fool me once.

Paid 20$ for 10hrs during Sunday. There was guy at door who will accept cash only and then will give you 2 bar codes. You have scan 1st code while exiting and once that is scanned use 2nd barcode to validate payment. 20$ seems pretty decent considering you have limited parking near by.

Ridiculous $20 for every 5 hours. Paid $40 total for parking 5.5 hours! We parked here by mistake, thinking it was one of the City of Miami Beach parking garages where you only pay $2 per hour.
