AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Business model at LAZ parking in Miami Beach is to lure unsuspecting, parking-stressed tourists into paying ridiculously high daily rates by using deceptive signage. You'll end up paying 100 dollars for a day of parking instead of the 20 dollars at all the legit city parking garages. But you're a tourist and they were happy to bilk you and they don't give a damn about repeat customers, because the supply of innocent tourists who can be bilked is endless. It's a nasty business. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Rip Off - The have a sign out front that say $40 flat rate however in the small fine print its say up to 5 hours. I was charged $150 for one day which is CRAZY!

I recently had a terrible experience at 500 Collins avenue and felt compelled to share my frustrations in the hope that management will take necessary actions to improve their service. Firstly, upon arrival, the signage was extremely confusing and inadequate. It took me several minutes to figure out where the entrance was, causing unnecessary stress and delay. Once inside, finding an available parking spot was a nightmare. Despite there being no indication that the garage was full, I had to circle around multiple levels only to find that all spots were occupied. Additionally, the condition of the garage itself was appalling. The lighting was poor, creating a sense of insecurity, especially for those parking late at night.
