LAZ Parking - 510 Guadalupe

How is it that it’s taking over 5 weeks to rent spaces at a parking garage for a private event?! I have a direct contact and have paid for 40 slots that alone took four weeks and now that we’ve paid I am STILL waiting on instructions for the code to be able to pass to my ops team for the promo code they’ll use to park there. HOW is this acceptable?! I dealt with this last year as well. Non responsive have to email, text and call several times for the account’s contact to get back with me and now we are so close to the event and still don’t have info after Prepaying $1k+ I need the info for my team please!

I will never park with LAZ Parking again. Chicago, LA, I don't care where I am. I pulled into this location for seven minutes — no clear signage, no awareness that I was entering a so-called “lot” run like a money trap. A few months later, I get a collection notice for $102. When I log in to investigate, I find another $102 ticket already sitting there — both with no physical tickets ever placed on my windshield This spot was a post office parking lot for decades, and at night the signs are barely visible. I had no idea I was stepping into a LAZ-controlled zone until the surprise hit months later. Now I’m wasting time digging through records from three months ago to prove what happened. Avoid at all cost. They have a 5 minute grace period and will charge you $102. There is not a process to extend time and they will not text you that you are running out. You have to scan the QR code again and submit a new ticket in real time(5 minute window). I am trying to dispute it with very little luck. Sad part is this lot is owned by the city.

We parked our car for a few hours and it was broken into. No number to call, Austin Police couldn’t care less. If you like your car, DONT PARK HERE. Just don’t park here you will have your car destroyed like we did. Find literally anywhere else since this place is also charging a fortune. So basically you’re paying a fortune to get your car vandalized.

Horrible!!! Horrible!!!! Horrible!!!!!!! I would recommend staying away from any of these locations. I was charged $600.00 total for fees that I was told were going to be dismissed. If you go a few minutes over they will charge you $92.00 for that. In the event you can’t make it back to your vehicle in time, you will be charged the $92.00 fee and it goes straight to collections. They also make it difficult to contact anyone who may be of any assistance in these matters. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
