Please abandon all hope and do not park here. Pay a premium and park literally anywhere else. I parked in this lot consistently for work for months and genuinely tried to follow the rules. My account history clearly shows that I paid every single day—I was not trying to evade payment in any way. The QR code was almost always faulty, and the app frequently didn’t work on my phone, so I often had to wait until I got to my office to pay using a computer-based web browser. The rule is that if you don’t pay within 15 minutes, you’re fined—but many times it was impossible to pay within that window due to their broken system. I paid every single day, often overpaying. Even though I was in before 9 and out by 6, my payment wouldn’t process until after 9, forcing me to pay the higher rate. I assume

Had a Horrible ..Horrible experience parking at this location. First off, when you enter this garage, The Time IN/Time Out Machine doesn't issue you a coupon, So i pressed the Help button, and a voice from other end told me Time IN/Time OUT is all accounted via License Plate readers. Then I asked where do you insert the credit card to pay when you leave, she said, there is no such machine and you have to do it on the Internet. Their APP is extremely buggy. The QR code barely works, and their fees are exorbitant. Not to mention the stink from urine all over this place. I Registered for a subscription using their APP, entered my Credit card details, got a account number issued, , and was told that payment is deducted via license Plate recognition. I thought everything is supposed to work on

Parked here and paid for 2 hrs. Received a $100 fine because I stayed 2 hrs and 20 minutes. I disputed the charge as a first time offender, apologized, and offered to pay an extra hour due to my accidental oversight. They refused and said that I have to pay the fee. I won't be using this facility again and encouraging others to avoid.

Abandon all hope, ye who try to pay here. The garage itself is fine, but the LAZ app you have to use to pay is incredibly frustrating — buggy, confusing, and unreliable. The QR code at the entrance barely works, and the whole process takes way longer than it should. Great example of how adding an app to something doesn't make it better. To make it worse, they recently raised prices, so it now costs the same as pricey 1600 Smith — which has a much smoother experience. At this point, you’re better off parking there.

I usually park here before 9am to take advantage of the $10 early bird rate. Today I parked at 8:55am, scanned the QR code at 8:57am, and tried multiple times (5–7 attempts) to pay the discounted rate. The system would not accept my payment until after 9am, at which point it immediately charged me the full $27. In other words, the system blocked me from paying on time and forced me into the higher rate. On top of that, the garage itself is poorly maintained—the stairwells smell, and the elevator is frequently out of service. Between the unfair pricing experience and the lack of upkeep, I won’t be parking here again.
