LAZ Parking - 705 Sycamore St

DO NOT PARK HERE! This lot is a total scam. I spent 15 minutes in the rain, trying to pay multiple times via the website that was glitching, I finally thought it went through but apparently it didn't because I received a notice of a $102 fine in the mail! When I disputed it, they gave me a $20 "discount"! I spent an hour on hold to dispute THAT, and was told that there is nothing more they can do. It's outrageous that there are no payment options other than relying on the internet! Seriously, don't risk parking here. I would give it zero stars if I could.

This place is a scam don’t park here! Their website to pay is faulty leading to a “no pay” notice from PRRS. My browser history clearly showed that I’ve visited their payment site but the payment didn’t go through even though I remember seeing a confirmation. Didn’t think to screenshot anything because I believe businesses are honest but not this place.

It's parking. It's not as expensive as other lots if you're lucky that day. Word of advise, no matter where you park PAY. They(many lots not necessarily this one) will tow your car so fast you'll think it got stolen. I paid so 5 outta 5, do recommend.

Be very careful about parking here. Their payment App thinks you are in their lot right across the street and takes your payment. They will then send you a notice stating you didn’t pay and demanding a payment for $92. I disputed this since their app misled me with the location and mis-sold me a parking ticket. I provided my receipt and they acknowledged I had paid for parking but had not “followed the rules”. Ridiculous! I simply used their app. Since they acknowledged I had paid they decided they would reduce the fine from $92 to $15 plus a $5 “convenience fee”. I feel like I’ve just been mugged in the street. Such shady and deceptive business practices. Please be very cautious about using this lot - run by morally bankrupt people.

Avoid this place! Scammers set-up event parking signs and collect cash, and then LAZ comes after you for ridiculous no-pay charges. They admit there was a scammer that took your money but then send a payment request to collections. For whatever reason, they'd rather go after their customers than the thief.
