Misleading pictures and description - didn't find a parking garage here, just a ground level, uncovered parking lot with a non-functional payment station so instead used the QR code on the sign to process payment. But that worked fine and was a little over $5 for 3 hours of parking. Lot is decently well lit but very wide open to the public - didn't look very secure but didn't have any issues.
