LAZ Parking

We recently spent two nights at the Omni at The Battery and used LAZ Parking/valet service. Upon picking our car up (not even a month old), we looked for door dings and didn't see any. We drove straight home (40 minutes) and parked the car for the remainder of the day. The next morning, my husband saw the three places where our car had been damaged. The hotel gave our information to the representative and we were called back the very same day. This guy was SUPER SUPER nice and helpful. We filed a claim and the company denied it saying there was no video evidence of what we were claiming. We asked to see the video and their response was..."we don't release video footage to the public." Seriously?? The public??? We only wanted to see OUR car-because IT WAS DAMAGED UNDER THEIR CARE!!

This company is a SCAM and a rip-off!! I went online to pay for parking on Saturday for the Celebration Bowl at the Mercedes Benz Stadium. The website asked me to enter day, start and end time and gave me a price. I paid that amount. I thought something was off when the it stated you only need your license plate number that you entered to show proof of payment. Once we got to the parking lot we were told that they don’t accept online payments for events and we had to pay an additional $40 to park. The attendant said that the company is aware that they allow people to pre-pay online but then have them to do the dirty work of telling people they have to pay in person to park in the lot. I’ve already disputed the transaction with my bank. Shame on you scammers!!

Parked in the Red Deck at The Battery ATL for an off season night for dinner/evening out. Arrived at 7pm, got in our car at 1045pm, unable to get out of deck until after 1150pm. We were parked on the 5th floor and after we pulled out of our spot we sat on the 5th floor for over 45 minutes before we were able to move even one car length. We were stuck on this floor with 20-30 other vehicles. We called security at the Battery who told us it was a “traffic jam” and sent us to the parking garage voicemail. A member of our vehicle as well as. Other vehicles walked down the garage to see what the issue was, for 3-4 levels no one was moving. The exits were bottle necked, no one from parking came to help direct traffic. Multiple exits had only 1 pay station open, other pay stations were blocked. P

If I could give zero stars I would. The location was NOT as described by the representative on the phone. When we got to our paid parking location, it was such a sketchy, shady area that no decent person would want to park there. There are no refunds so we were forced to go spend more money elsewhere and just lose the money we had paid for parking. DO NOT RECOMMEND Centennial Yards Lot B, 92 Centennial Olympic Park Drive Northwest, Atlanta Georgia 30303. HORRIBLE.

You need to heed these warnings. I know it is hard to find a non LAZ place to park but if you must dont use this one. It is so incredibly deceitful that if you plan to park for State Farm I HIGHLY recommend budgeting for more than you think youll be paying for parking because the sign is not accurate and the help line will literally lie to you. I DONT KNOW HOW IT IS LEGAL FOR A COMPANY SO SHADY TO STILL OPERATE
