LAZ Parking

Tonight *all* of the ticket scanners were struggling to read tickets leading to a huge line and bottle neck for people trying to leave a concert. Called their emergency number and was told the only available solution was for each person to press the help button on the machine as they drove up to the exit and be connected to a representative. No mention of if they plan to have the machines examined by a technician any time soon. Ended up having to pay for an additional hour of parking because of the bottle neck. Expensive compared to other parking in the area.

This is a review for the LAZ garage a block over closer to the Zilker Brewery, but it doesn't show up on the map. They have a scam going on where they make it impossible to pay through their app by showing zero dollars are due after you scan their QR code. And then they send you a bill for $92 through a collection agency called PRRS. When you try to dispute it they lower the price by $20 and say you still have to pay. Beware. I should have known when there were no cars parked in there.
